For a long time, I was holding everything together on the outside… while feeling constant tension inside.
My mind never stopped. One small comment could derail my whole day and I was exhausted in a way I couldn’t explain. From the outside, everything looked fine...then a health crisis forced me to stop.
In that stillness, I discovered something that changed everything. It's been a journey and I spent years learning what I wish someone had just shown me. That's exactly what I'm here to do for you.
When I started working with my breath, my body, my nervous system…I began sleeping through the night. I stopped dreading Mondays. I started laughing more easily. I felt like myself again.

Since 2015, I've been using breathwork, nervous system regulation, woman-centered coaching & somatic movements to help women find their way back to themselves.
My whole purpose is impact - not just relief. I want women to walk away from this work with a nervous system that can hold a full, joyful life. Not just get through the day!
